Seek Exposure.
Grow Without Limits.
Optimistic Junior School sits in the heart of Mpererwe, where every learner is guided to read further, reach higher, and think for themselves — one open book, one rising star at a time.
A school built on exposure, not just examinations
Founded by Mrs. Tumwesige Florence over 20 years ago, Optimistic Junior School started humbly in wooden classrooms and a rented building. Through sheer dedication and a vision for quality education in Mpererwe, she eventually purchased the land where the school now proudly stands.
Our classrooms are small enough for every learner to be known by name, and structured enough for every learner to be stretched.
