Admissions Process
We've made the admissions process simple and straightforward. Here's what you need to do to enroll your child at Optimistic Junior School.
Request Application
Contact our admissions office via phone, WhatsApp, or visit our school to request an application form.
Submit Application
Complete the application form and submit it along with the required documents to our admissions office.
Assessment & Interview
Your child will be assessed to determine their academic level, followed by a meeting with our Head Teacher.
Enrollment & Welcome
Once accepted, complete the enrollment process, pay fees, and welcome your child to the Optimistic family!
Admissions Requirements
Please ensure you have the following documents ready when submitting your child's application.

- Completed application form
- Copy of child's birth certificate
- Recent passport-sized photos (2 copies)
- Previous school report cards (if applicable)
- Immunization/health records
- Copy of parent/guardian ID
🎒 School Supplies
- School uniform (available at the school)
- School bag / backpack
- Exercise books and stationery
- Ream of papers (for assignments)
- Clear bag for books
- Brooms (hard and soft) for classroom maintenance

📌 Important Notes
Primary Seven: Additional fees apply — Facilitation fee: 50,000/= and Exams fee: 60,000/=.
Home Economics Project: Next term we shall have a project of making liquid soap lessons from P.1 – P.7 — parents are requested to provide 15,000/= to facilitate the lessons.
